Episodic content for new innovative food challenge by M&S, produced in association with Mindshare and Guardian Food.

Take two chefs and one ingredient, then create a menu for some of Britain's toughest food bloggers and critics. The project was a bold step for a brand who felt that no content should be longer than 2 minutes and generated over 12,000 hours of engaged viewing.
